Archana Ganti
Attorney, Owner of Arch Family Law
Archana immigrated to the United States from India when she was just eight years old. Growing up in a divorced household, she experienced firsthand the emotional impact of family separation — the confusion, the questions, and the quiet strength it takes to move forward, along with the cultural bias that comes with divorce. Being recently divorced herself, gave her not only empathy, but a profound understanding of what her clients are going through — emotionally, mentally, and practically.
Since Archana has gone through a divorce herself, she knows the weight of the decisions they’re facing — not just legally, but personally and as parents. She also knows there is life, and peace, on the other side.
Archana earned her Bachelor’s Degree from Pennsylvania State University and her J.D. from Widener University School of Law, where she was a proud member of the Law Review. She began her legal career at the County of Santa Clara’s Self-Help Clinic, where she provided guidance to individuals who couldn't afford an attorney — helping them navigate complex legal issues with compassion and clarity.
Today, Archana is a trusted family law attorney who brings both her legal expertise and lived experience to every client she serves. She handles divorce, custody, support, and domestic violence matters with a unique blend of strength, warmth, and understanding.
Whether you are contemplating a separation, navigating co-parenting, or trying to rebuild after a traumatic relationship, Archana is here to help — not only as your attorney, but as someone who truly understands.
